Handling of multiple HVMAPS

If more then one MuPix11 is connected to the FPGA, the setting of the individual chip addresses is extremely important and it should be checked that none of the addresses is used more then once per bank (The FPGA has two configuration banks with up to 8 MuPix11 channels) and none of the addresses is the broadcast address!

For P2Pix it is expected to be the same as for MuPix11.

MuPix8 and MuPix10 use a SPI like configuration bus and therefore do not have a chip address.
